Fereydoun Don Parsa MD, FACS

Dr. Parsa is board certified in both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. He received his specialty training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston-Texas where he served on the faculty for two years before joining the Department of Surgery Faculty in Honolulu as chief of the division of Plastic Surgery.
